1. Shipping Locations
We deliver all over India, ensuring that no matter where you are, your products reach you safely and promptly.
2. Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
- Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 4-10 business days after shipping.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping (Prepaid Orders): We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we charge an additional ₹200 shipping fee, which must be paid in advance at the time of order confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details to monitor the delivery status.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver your package. If the package is not successfully delivered after two attempts, the order may be returned to us.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package is damaged upon arrival or if any items are missing, please refuse delivery and notify us at support@bedeals.in. To process any complaints, please provide a 360-degree, uncut video of the parcel being opened within 3 days of delivery.
