How can I return an item?

  • Eligible Returns: 3 Days
    We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect products. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Video Evidence Required:
    To process your return or replacement request, you must provide a 360-degree, uncut video of the parcel being opened. The video should clearly show the condition of the package and the product inside. Without this video evidence, we will not be able to accept any return or replacement requests.
