Return, Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy

At BEdeals.in, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience, but we understand that there may be times when you need to return, replace, or cancel an order. Please read our policy carefully to understand how these processes work.

1. Return Replacement Policy

  • 👉🏻Please make video while opening the parcel💁🏼‍♀ Video should start👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻from showing the address label as it is sent by us right from the outer package.
  • 👉🏻Full video right from outer parcel till showing the defect should be taken and for electronics it should end till checking the charging for the same.
  • 👉🏻No replacement will be done *without video proof if in case u receive damaged/missing/any kind of issue.Please follow this strictly, Do not argue afterwards
  • 👉🏻We will not be responsible for any damage or missing product without proper video proof…
  • 👉No complaints will be entertained without proper video…pls 🤚🏻
  • 👉And Moreover complaint should be done on same day of delivery, not after that.

Eligibility for Returns/Replacement:

  • Returns must be requested within 1 days of receiving your order.
  • We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products.

To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, please make sure that the following conditions are met:

  1. Incorrect Product:
    The product you received is completely different from what you ordered.

  2. Damaged Product:
    The product arrived damaged.

  3. Timely Return:
    Return requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.

  4. Condition of Items:

    • The items should be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
    • All tags must be intact, and the product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
    • Returns must include all original Packaging, accessories and documentation.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Returns will not be accepted if the product delivered matches your order exactly and is in good condition.
    • Products cannot be returned based on personal preferences such as likes or dislikes.
  6. Video Evidence Required For Any Return:
    For returns due to damaged or incorrect products, we may require a 360-degree, uncut video of the product opening. This video must clearly show the condition of the package and the product inside. Without Video We are not Accept Any Return or Refunds.

Please note that returns are only accepted under the circumstances outlined above. We are unable to process returns or replacements if the product is delivered as described and undamaged.

Return Process:

  • Video Evidence: To initiate a return, you must provide a 360-degree, uncut video of the parcel being opened. This video must clearly show the condition of the package and the product inside. Without this video, we cannot process any return or replacement requests.
  • How to Request a Return: Please email us at support@bedeals.in with your order details and the required video evidence.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only processed for orders that meet the return criteria (damaged or incorrect products).
  • Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.

3. Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Replacements are only provided for products that are damaged or incorrect as per the return policy.
  • The request for replacement must be made within 3 days of delivery, accompanied by the required video evidence.

Replacement Process:

  • Processing Time: Once the return request is approved and the product is received, we will dispatch the replacement product within 5-7 business days.
  • Availability: Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, please email us at support@bedeals.in with your order details.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the product following our return policy.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • For orders canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If a prepaid order is shipped and the customer does not accept the delivery, ₹150 will be deducted as RTO shipping charges from the total order value. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days after we receive the RTO at our warehouse.
